The first “Beartown Blues” was a great success! A huge thanks to the musicians who came and shared their talents: Adam Hewey, Big Dan Logan, Bob Biers, Bob Snider, Brian Wambolt, George Sloane and Jerry Thurber. Thanks also to Gary Fraser for allowing his Mothers & Daughters Portraits to hang just a little longer and to Flora Doehler for loaning a large painting and for sharing her photos, as always. (Jon was too busy behind the counter and Erin was too busy corralling toddlers into bed.)
We aim to host one blues evening a month from June until October so keep your ears open for dates. If you are interested in playing please contact George Sloane at 467-0482.
