For almost two decades, we’ve been fortunate to grow alongside a region that has supported us from a small Bear River roastery into the Maritime brand we are today. This next step is about continuing that journey together by investing in rural manufacturing, local jobs and the long-term future of our region. What will my contribution help fund?
Your contribution will help Sissiboo Coffee build a new roasting and production facility in Annapolis Royal and support the continued growth of our locally owned Maritime coffee company. Every contribution also represents an investment in the vitality and economic future of our region.
Why are you building in Annapolis Royal?
Our new roasting and production facility in Annapolis Royal will give Sissiboo Coffee the space and capacity needed for the next chapter of growth while allowing us to continue building on the strong community roots we’ve established over nearly two decades in the Annapolis Valley.
Is this an investment in Sissiboo Coffee?
No. Contributions to the Founders Campaign are not investments and do not provide ownership or equity in Sissiboo Coffee. Instead, supporters receive rewards and benefits associated with their chosen pledge tier.
Is this a donation?
No. Your contribution supports the creation of Sissiboo Coffee’s new roastery and comes with rewards based on the Founder tier you select. It is not a charitable donation and does not provide ownership or equity in the company.
Can I contribute an amount that doesn’t match one of the tiers?
Yes. If you’d simply like to support the project, you can pledge any amount without selecting a reward tier. Every contribution helps!
Is there a limit to the number of Founders?
Yes. Each tier has a limited number of spots available, depending on the level. Once a tier is full, it will no longer be available.
